2 Cups moo goo gai pan with chicken (sugar snap peas, carrots, zuccini, broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn, water chestnuts)
1 scoop mint chip ice cream with 2 T chocolate fudge sauce
Snacks
3 oz baby carrots
8 Nilla wafers
1 cup nonfat milk
